Crescent Beach

The goal: to build a new contemporary beach home for two empty-nesters that wholly encompassed their forever needs. Working with architect Eric Stine, we designed the main floor to serve as the public space and to feature all of the high-traffic communal areas, like the kitchen, dining area, two lounge rooms and guest room. The two-storey central hall provides vertical circulation.

Yellow, amber and lime Bocci lights and cushions softly brighten understated beach neutrals in modest touches without detracting from the view. The custom Robert Bailey Interiors staircase and the private terrace off the master bath are just a couple of the special moments in this meticulously tailored home the owners will enjoy for years to come.
